Course 2 - Grievance Committee Training
\nJanuary 18\, 2024\, 9:30 am - 11:30 am
\nCourse Description: The Gri evance Committee determines whether a complaint\, on its face\, merits a f ormal Hearing on the matter by a Professional Standards Committee Panel. T his course will teach you how to analyze complaint to determine if a due p rocess hearing is warranted or if a citation should be issued. Led by C.A. R. Attorney\, Brian Polinsky.

\nCourse Description: The Professional Standards Committee provides Ombu dsman services\, hears complaints in matters of ethics and conducts mediat ion and arbitration hearings. This course will take you through the ethics and arbitration hearing processes\, hearing panel duties and etiquettes\, and how to provide Ombudsman services. Led by C.A.R. Attorney\, Brian Pol insky.
