Segment 1 - February 23rd at 10am: The System of Enforcement
\nThis course will take you through the inception of the Code of Et hics\, a breakdown of the Code of Ethics and provide an overview of the Pr ofessional Standards System.

C RMLS Rules Overview and Citation Review Requests
\nThis course will go through the most common MLS rule violations and th e Citation Review Request process.
\n\n
Segment 3 - March 10th at 10am: Grievance Committee Functions <
/strong>
The Grievance Committee determines whether a c omplaint\, on its face\, merits a formal Hearing on the matter by a Profes sional Standards Committee Panel. This course will teach you how to analyz e complaint to determine if a due process hearing is warranted.

Segment 4 - March 18th at 10am: Pro fessional Standards Hearing Panels
\nThe Profes sional Standards Committee provides Ombudsman services\, hears complaints in matters of ethics and conducts mediation and arbitration hearings. Thi s course will take you through the ethics and arbitration hearing processe s\, hearing panel duties and etiquettes\, and how to provide Ombudsman ser vices.

Segment 5 - March 22nd at 10am:
\nBoard of Director Revie ws and the Presiding Officer’s Role in Hearings
\nThe Board of Directors are the appellate body for the Association’s Prof
essional Standards Program. This course will take you through the Origina
l Presiding Officer’s role in Review Hearings and the appeals process.
