Join us as we give our Brokers and Office Managers an exclusive review of 2 new Professional Standards Policies that go into effect January 1, 2023! 

Why This Is Important:
The North San Diego County REALTORS® Board of Directors have adopted 2 policies to enhance our Professional Standards Program. The Code of Ethics Citation System and Anonymous Complaint Program will be beginning January 1, 2023.

REALTOR® members have been asking to implement procedures to streamline the ethics complaint process. The Code of Ethics Citation System will provide our members with the ability to bypass the ethics complaint process by opting to pay a citation and/or complete a Code of Ethics course in lieu of having to participate in a disciplinary hearing. The Association will be accepting Anonymous Complaints that fall within the Articles and Standards of Practices cited in the Code of Ethics Citation System.
