 ntertainment District\, Shoreline Village\, Queen Mary\, Long Beach Conven
 tion Center\, Performing Arts Center and Arena\, high density mixed use co
 mmercial and high rise residential properties\, numerous major hotels\, re
 staurants\, and Aquarium of the Pacific.<span class='x_white-space-pre'></
 span></span><span><br /><br />Commander Liberman oversaw the Security Serv
 ices Division which provides contract police services for the Long Beach P
 olice Department. He managed law enforcement operations for the Long Beach
  Airport\, Long Beach Transit\, the Metro Blue Line\, Long Beach City Coll
 ege\, Marine Patrol\, and Park Rangers. His diverse experience includes be
 ing a member of the City of Long Beach's All Hazards Incident Management T
 eam\, leading a community college law enforcement section and port securit
 y unit\, and supervising a multi-agency intelligence unit at the Los Angel
 es Joint Regional Intelligence Center (JRIC).<br /><br />Commander Liberma
 n has studied counter terrorism in Israel with the Israeli National Police
 \, represented the Los Angeles metropolitan law enforcement agencies in th
 e Department of Homeland Security’s National Operation Center\, and travel
 ed extensively internationally and domestically to study best practices in

 ed training for law enforcement\, government\, and corporate officials in
