She was Senior Counsel in the Corporate Legal Department of the California Association of REALTORS® (“C.A.R.”) for over 20 years. During her tenure at C.A.R.\, she worked on REALTOR® legal and business matters\, advising C.A.R.\, local Associations\, MLSs and th e real estate industry on a variety of broker\, MLS and online data\, lice nsing\, intellectual property\, privacy\, antitrust\, Code of Ethics\, con tractual and corporate matters. She oversaw the State’s legal and policy p rogram on the MLS and published Model MLS and Bylaws documents and legal a rticles. She was a frequent speaker on these issues.
