 ssional Standards Program. The Code of Ethics Citation System and Anonymou

 >REALTOR® members have been asking to implement procedures to streamline t
 he ethics complaint process. The Code of Ethics Citation System will provi
 de our members with the ability to bypass the ethics complaint process by 
 opting to pay a citation and/or complete a Code of Ethics course in lieu o
 f having to participate in a disciplinary hearing. The Association will be
  accepting Anonymous Complaints that fall within the Articles and Standard
