How to File a ComplaintIf you have a complaint about a North San Diego County REALTORS® member, we want to hear about it. We take our duties seriously as REALTORS®, and hold ourselves to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
There are two ways to file a complaint. You can use the online submission form or download the PDF packet and email or mail the completed packet in.
If You File a ComplaintInclude a narrative description of the circumstances and facts surrounding the complaint, being as specific as possible. Attach copies of all relevant documents such as listing and sales contracts, letters, etc. labeling these as Exhibit 1, etc. If you are using the online submission, you will be able to upload your documents directly.
