Searching 101: Navigating through a database of listings can be overwhelming. This course runs through CRMLS Paragon’s search features, how to quickly find relevant listings, and printing/emailing results to your clients. Mastering Paragon’s search techniques takes you from search to sale in no time.

Intro to Tax: The MLS Tax Suite powered by CRS Data, or “CRS Tax” for short, is your source for accurate tax and public record data. In this introductory course, learn how to easily find information about properties in California, including their sales history, tax details, mortgage information, and more.

• Creating basic, map, and default searches
• Searching for and farming foreclosure information
