Being a REALTOR® comes with both responsibility and opportunity. REALTOR® members play an important role in the community by helping people buy and sell homes with the ethical representation they deserve.
When you join North San Diego County REALTORS®, you become part of a strong network of professionals. Our mission is to provide the tools, resources, and support you need to grow your business and succeed.
How to Apply
To join as a REALTOR®, complete the appropriate application and submit the following:
- Completed Membership Application signed by your responsible broker
- California DRE salesperson or broker license
- Photo ID such as a driver’s license
- Payment of applicable dues
- NRDS number and letter of good standing if transferring from another association
Applications may be completed online using DocuSign, mailed, or hand-delivered to our REALTOR® Hub on the 5 at 1903 Wright Pl., Suite 120, Carlsbad, CA 92008.
Membership Options
Designated REALTOR® (Broker of Record) with MLS
Licensed brokers joining as the Designated REALTOR® must submit a completed application, license, and applicable fees. Additional documentation may be required if operating under a DBA or corporation.
REALTOR® Membership with MLS
Includes full REALTOR® membership and MLS access. Applicants must be affiliated with a broker member and submit the required documents and fees.
REALTOR® Membership – No MLS
Full REALTOR® membership without MLS access. This option is for applicants who want association membership without an MLS subscription.
Secondary Members
A licensee may join any REALTOR® association as a secondary member without their broker being a member of that association. This does not apply to MLS service.

Dues & Questions
Payment for renewing members is due by January 15, 2026.
