North San Diego County REALTORS® Weekly Marketing Session & Tours

North San Diego County REALTORS® Marketing Sessions allow real estate professionals to network, pitch their listings, stay informed, exchange information, and close deals!

Rules of the Road

To maximize the productivity of the Marketing Sessions and Tours, North San Diego County REALTORS® members follow these rules:

  • Non-members and guests who are potential Marketing Session sponsors are welcome to visit two times before joining the appropriate membership category.
  • REALTORS® from other Associations are welcome to participate under the same rules and procedures as North San Diego County REALTORS® members.
  • Out-of-state REALTORS® will need to provide proof of REALTOR® membership.
  • You cannot bring clients to a marketing session or on a caravan.
  • If you serve food at your open house, you can't serve alcohol.
  • Open Houses are now optional immediately following the Marketing Sessions.
  • Coming Soon Listings: You may pitch a Coming Soon Listing, but an Open House is not allowed until the listing is Active in the MLS.

  • Wednesdays at 9:00 am, Networking starts at 8:30am
  • In-Person Meeting held at Burgeon Beer Company (6350 Yarrow Dr., Ste. C, Carlsbad 92011)

  • Agents must add their Open House in the MLS under N701 to be included on the tour sheet. pdf How to Tours (119 KB) for instructions.
  • The deadline for Listing Submission is Tuesday at 12:00 pm (Noon) before the tour date
  • The meeting is from 9:00 am - 10:00 am
  • Out-of-Area listings in Carmel Valley/Del Mar/Rancho Santa Fe will be accepted
  • There will be No Marketing Session/Tour on June 19th and July 3rd
  • Wednesdays at 8:30am - 9:30am
  • In-Person Meeting held at Fallbrook Country Escrow (1676 S. Mission Rd, Ste. E, Fallbrook 92028)
  • Optional Open House held from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
  • The deadline to submit a property is Monday at 2:00 pm before the tour date

  • There will be No Marketing Session/Tour on June 19th and July 3rd
  • Thursdays at 9:00 am- 10:00 am, Networking starts at 8:30 am
  • In-Person Meeting held at the Women's Club of Carlsbad (3320 Monroe St, Carlsbad 92008)

  • The deadline for Listing Submission is Wednesday at 5:00 pm before the tour date
  • There will be No Marketing Session/Tour on July 4th

  • The deadline for Listing Submission is Thursday at 10 a.m. before the tour date
  • The meeting is from 9:00 am - 10:00 am
  • There will be No Marketing Session/Tour on July 5th
  • This is an Independently Run Marketing Session & Tour outside of NSDCR

  • Tuesdays at 9:00 am, Networking Begins at 8:30 am
  • In-Person Meeting held at the Escondido Masonic Center (1331 S Escondido Blvd, Escondido 92025)
  • The entry fee is $3 dollars

  • The deadline for Listing Submission is Monday at 2:00 pm before the tour date
  • Agents are advised to enter the listing into the N607 Tour Group OR as an Open House
  • The timeframe is at the discretion of the Listing Agent
  • Out of Area listings are welcome
  • Home does not need to be held open to pitch at this time
