In 2019 the North San Diego County Association of REALTORS® and the Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS® collaborated with San Diego County Brokers and Legal Counsel to create transparency in real estate transactions by providing disclosures for REALTORS® to utilize. These disclosures come in a booklet form and are reviewed annually to provide you with the most up to date Local Area Disclosures.
You can brand this booklet with your Brokerage information before providing to your clients. You can also add the LAD to your agent and Broker Ziplogix and zipForm accounts.
The current LAD was recently updated in 2023.
These disclosures are intended to be reviewed by both the buyer and seller in addition to all other disclosures related to the real estate transaction.
