Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM)

The CCIM Institute confers the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation to commercial real estate professionals through an extensive curriculum of 200 classroom hours, in addition to industry experience. The CCIM education curriculum addresses financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis – the cornerstones of commercial investment real estate. There are 9,500 CCIMs in 1,000 markets worldwide. An additional 9,500 practitioners are pursuing the designation. Headquartered in Chicago, CCIM Institute is the largest brokerage network in the world, with a growing international membership of 1,000 professionals in more than 30 nations overseas.
Counselors of Real Estate (CRE)

The Counselors of Real Estate is an international network of commercial practitioners who provide advice to clients on complex real property situations and land-related issues. CRE designated members hold prominent positions in real estate, financial, legal, and accounting firms, as well as in government and academia. Membership is extended by invitation only on either a sponsored or self-initiated basis.
Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)

For over 75 years, the Institute of Real Estate Management has provided training, information, research, analysis, and practical advice for those who manage income-producing real estate of all types, at all career levels. IREM® resources are designed to help Members maximize the value of the real estate and safeguard those who live, work, and shop in the properties they manage. The Institute awards the following credentials: CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER® (CPM®) designation, ACCREDITED RESIDENTIAL MANAGER® (ARM®) certification, ACCREDITED COMMERCIAL MANAGER (ACoM) certification, and ACCREDITED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION® (AMO®) accreditation. Currently IREM has 8,772 CPM® Members, 3,630 ARM® Members, 76 AcoM Members and 524 AMO® Member firms in the U.S. and abroad.
REALTORS Land Institute

The REALTORS® Land Institute is the professional membership organization for real estate practitioners who specialize in land transactions, including transitional land, farms, ranches, timberland, and recreational and special use properties. In addition to providing networking and referral opportunities, RLI offers superior education through its RLI Land University curriculum and professional development programs. Members of the REALTORS® Land Institute may earn the prestigious Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) Designation, which is conferred to only those land specialists who complete a rigorous education program and who achieve a volume of successful land transactions.
Specialist, Industrial & Office Real Estate (SIOR)

SIOR awards the SIOR (Specialist, Industrial & Office Real Estate) designation to brokerage specialists who meet its strict experience, transaction, education, and ethical standards. Recipients of this designation are recognized within the commercial brokerage industry as the most experienced and capable commercial real estate practitioners. One of the leading commercial and industrial real estate associations, SIOR has 3,200 members – 2,800 of whom hold the designation – located in more than 590 cities in 25 countries.
The RCA Commercial Services Accreditation sets standards and benchmarks for state and local associations to develop a commercial voice,
and those who have earned the accreditation are seen as leaders of excellence in the commercial sector.
