Carmel Valley/Del Mar/Solana Beach/Rancho Santa Fe Tour N702 -  In Person Marketing Session

  • Tuesdays at 11:00 am
  • In Person Meeting held at Davanti in Carmel Valley (12955 El Camino Real, San Diego 92130)

  • Meeting is from 11am - 12pm

Carlsbad/Encinitas/Cardiff Tour N701 - In Person Marketing Session

  • Wednesdays at 9:00 am
  • In Person Meeting held at the Windmill Food Hall (890 Palomar Airport Rd, Carlsbad 92011)

  • To be included on the tour sheet, agents need to add their Open House in the MLS under N701. Click here for instructions.

Fallbrook/Bonsall Tour N801/N802 - Hybrid Marketing Session

  • Wednesdays at 8:30am - 9:30am
  • In Person Meeting held at Fallbrook Country Escrow (1676 S. Mission Rd, Ste. E, Fallbrook 92028)

  • Entry fee is $3 dollars

  • Deadline for Listing Submission is Monday at 2pm before the tour date
  • Agents are advised to enter the listing into the N607 Tour Group OR as Open House
  • Timeframe is at the discretion of the Listing Agent
  • Out of Area listings are welcome
  • Home does not need to be held open to pitch at this time

Rules of the Road

To maximize the productivity of these meetings and caravans, North San Diego County REALTORS® members follow these rules:
  • Non-members and guests who are potential Marketing Session sponsors are welcome to visit two times before joining the appropriate membership category.
  • REALTORS® from other Associations are welcome to participate under the same rules and procedures as North San Diego County REALTORS® members.
  • Out of state REALTORS® will need to provide proof of REALTOR® membership.
  • You cannot bring clients to a marketing session or on a caravan.
  • If you are serving food at your open house, you can't serve alcohol.
