Join us to learn and review current CPR guidelines information.

Participants will:

• Know when to call 911

• Learn signs and symptoms of a heart attack and stroke, and cardiac arrest

• Review choking procedures (Heimlich maneuver)

• Have an opportunity to practice chest compressions on an adult manikin.

• See a demonstration of how an AED works
