Instructor:  Elizabeth Miller-Bougdanos
Elizabeth Miller-Bougdanos is currently an attorney in private practice. She was Senior Counsel in the Corporate Legal Department of the California Association of REALTORS® (“C.A.R.”) for over 20 years. During her tenure at C.A.R., she worked on REALTOR® legal and business matters, advising C.A.R., local Associations, MLSs and the real estate industry on a variety of broker, MLS and online data, licensing, intellectual property, privacy, antitrust, Code of Ethics, contractual and corporate matters. She oversaw the State’s legal and policy program on the MLS and published Model MLS and Bylaws documents and legal articles. She was a frequent speaker on these issues.
