C.A.R. July 2024 Forms Update #8 with Jana Gardner, C.A.R. Senior Counsel

On July 24, 2024, several new and revised standard forms will be available in zipForm and other platforms.
Join C.A.R.’s legal staff for a live update on how to use these forms and prepare for the upcoming NAR settlement practice changes. Please note that these updates will not be recorded.
Additionally, C.A.R. Education is offering two new classes: a Buyer Representation Form class and a Residential Listing Form class. Members can access the classes for FREE by logging into store.car.org and entering "FORMS49" at checkout.
The forms will be released in zipForm® and other forms platforms on July 24. In order to be in full compliance by August 17, when the mandates of the NAR settlement go into effect, it is imperative that C.A.R. members are ready to use the new forms and prepared to discuss the changes with their clients.
